I’ve worked with the Sound Room for many years and wasn’t sure what to expect from this transition to Audio Advice. I had a relatively simple project to remount a TV, separate it from some shared components, and upgrade the connectivity to support HDR and Dolby Atmos. I had a problem with my Frame and set up an appointment for repair. I have rarely experience such professional, knowledgeable and thorough service. They arrived on time, explained what and why they were doing and left leaving a very satisfied and happy customer. Definitely 5 star service!
