Tom was our salesman and Sean and Kit did the installation. I am so thankful Tom helped us through reusing equipment we had as well as steering us to the right new gear. He even endured my own “listening room” experience while I picked out speakers. At the last minute my wife Katie decided to move the stereo and tv to the other side of the room! Yikes! --- If you are new to high end audio and home theater, the biggest mistake you can make on your journey is to drive passed the Sound Room without stopping by --- Thoroughly impressed with the presentation of the facility, the products offered, and the one thing money can't buy: excellent staff. Third time's a charm! Thank you to The Sound Room team for helping us add our third Samsung Art Frame TV. We love having beautiful artwork on the wall when the TV isn't being used and it's a fun conversation piece with our guests. Big thanks to Andy and Doug for their help selecting an adjustable mount that retreats into the wall.
