Went in to look and ask some questions about some products and basically was dismissed. Didn't meet their standard for clientele, I guess. This was several years ago, but hearing an advertisement on the radio saying their customer service is astounding just brought back those memories. Haven't stepped in their ever since and it isn't like they would care.
Doug is possibly one of the kindest, most professional people I’ve worked with. He’s incredibly informative, patient, and genuinely goes above and beyond to find solutions that work. Not to sell, but to actually help. I highly recommend giving them another chance—and be sure to ask for Doug. Exceptional service.
We had the Sound Room put in an outdoor sound system around our pool and on our deck. they designed it and Sean and Kit did a great job installing it and instructing us on its use. It now sounds great!
