I attended a Sound Bath here at the end of January. I was a bit apprehensive, as other than listening to sound bath audio online, I'd never experienced one in person before. I needn't have worried - it was an absolutely wonderful experience. As soon as you walk in the space is incredibly calming with low lights and soothing music.
