I bought tickets for a Breathwork and Sound Bath session as a birthday gift for my husband, and it was an absolutely beautiful experience! Erika was wonderful, and she even took the time at the end to create a special connection exercise just for us. Highly recommend this experience!

I’ve never really been a hippy dippy person, so when I stumbled across the this soundbath experience, I was a bit hesitant to try it. But given my emotional state at that time (had gone through a divorce ending a 20 year relationship) I knew I needed something to help me dig into my true inner self. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried this place about 2 years ago.. I was dealing with some losses in my life, and wanted to try something different for a bit of a personal reset. I felt very welcomed by Erika and Niko. When I walked into the sound space I instantly felt put at ease. You are surrounded by very nice mood lighting and some incredible instruments. Erika and Nico are amazing. A beautifully safe and supportive space to really let go and experience the sounds. Transformative and calming. The wide variety of sounds and instruments fill the room, creating a totally immersive sound bath experience. Treat yourself!!
