We attended the Sunday morning session. It was transformative - from the moment we entered the studio, we had a seamless and inviting experience until we departed. We were greeted by Erika and her wonderful assistant, who both made us feel so very welcome. It is suggested to dress comfortably, and bring blankets - if necessary, although they provide the essentials - water, blankets, pillows, and a mat. I’ve never really been a hippy dippy person, so when I stumbled across the this soundbath experience, I was a bit hesitant to try it. But given my emotional state at that time (had gone through a divorce ending a 20 year relationship) I knew I needed something to help me dig into my true inner self. I bought tickets for a Breathwork and Sound Bath session as a birthday gift for my husband, and it was an absolutely beautiful experience! Erika was wonderful, and she even took the time at the end to create a special connection exercise just for us. Highly recommend this experience!

Tonight was my 5th sound bath and I loved every second of it! The ambiance is extraordinary and the sound healing is just what we all need. The owners put their heart and souls into the experience and you leave with a full cup! Can’t wait for the next one!
