One of the best I have come across during my time, I was lucky enough not to use the surgery's in my time this got everything thing right about it inc staff and Doctors May be because it’s less busy !? Long may continue to serve the community
Had to go here for a clinic , first of all I'm just going to say , these are the nicest receptionists I've ever come across ! I wish this surgery was in my catchment area so I could use this doctors regularly because they are so kind and chatty , the surgery itself is beautifully clean and the toilets are some of the cleanest I've seen , well done to whomever cleans this place your doing a fantastic job , and thanks again to the ladies behind the front desk for making a nervous mum (me) feel calm and at ease x
It's one of the best run doctors' surgeries that I have ever used. And the doctors are absolutely brilliant and helpful and if you need referring, no hesitation at all
The staff and Dr Dev are all lovely and always go the extra mile. Rang and got a face to face appt for the following day as non urgent. Dr Dev was very thorough and the very next morning I received a text that my referral letter was already typed and ready for collection. Best surgery ever! I have never had problems getting an appt and he even offered to do a house visit during lockdown. True old school
I am a diabetic who submitted my repeat prescription on monday 14th Sept 2020. Doctor has not authorised my prescription for my insulin despite the receptionist tell me it is ready for collection from Hassengate pharmacy. The pharmacist has advised me that no prescription has be ordered or authorised by the GP. Spent this weekend without any insulin. Can the GP actually do this? Looking to leave Sorrells GP.
