I have a fear of IVs from prior experiences. I get anxiety from the thought of it, but the staff were very welcoming and caring. I didn’t feel a thing and they made sure I was okay after the fact. My wife has very small veins and always has had difficulties but here, they did everything like it was nothing. Great staff! The nurse was very reassuring and would always come in the room to check in on us. Would recommend to anyone!
I love this place! I have been coming here for 3 years. The front desk staff is super welcoming and helpful. Alysa is very attentive, responsive and accommodating to any questions or concerns I may have. The nurse’s Chelsea and Rebekah are great at educating customers about their products and very professional when handling customer concerns. 5 Stars! I come to The Solution whenever I need a boost and every time I get an IV treatment, I feel so much better and recover faster! Rebecca and Chelsea both made the experience painless and comfortable! They are also very knowledgeable in which treatment package to recommend to me. I will definitely come back again.
I love this place. If you are needing to recover from something, have travel plans, or fighting a bug this place will cure you. I get the NAD bags and they are the world best IV bag ever! I will forever come to The Solution for my NAD maintenance. The nurses are absolutely amazing too!
Have been here a couple times now. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. This helps make the experience even more comfortable and relaxing. I will definitely be back!
