I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Caroline recently. Not only was it very pleasant and helpful, she was very knowledgeable about anything running based, physio and kinesiology based. So not only did I benefit from the massage itself, I also learned a lot throughout the session about how to better recover and take care of my body, as I am very hard on it from the sports I do. I had a lymphatic massage last week and honestly, it was amazing. The touch was super gentle but incredibly effective—I felt lighter, less puffy, and totally relaxed afterward. I slept incredible and felt great the days after. Caroline was lovely and very knowledgeable, I felt very comfortable!
