“Pésima atención. El personal administrativo no tiene conocimiento claro sobre los casos y es prácticamente imposible comunicarse directamente con la abogada. Siempre indican que devolverán la llamada con una respuesta, pero nunca lo hacen. Solo se comunican cuando les conviene, especialmente para solicitar pagos. Falta total de responsabilidad, seguimiento y respeto hacia el cliente. No lo recomiendo.”
