Absolute disgrace over 4 hours late and we were told not to keep calling the office so disappointed after this is the third time we have used this company NEVER AGAIN do not recommend The two guys that eventually turned up were helpful ended up paying for 3 hours when they didnt even take 2 hours to complete the job

This is the worst removalist company I have ever used. They damaged all my equipment and refused to pay over $10,000 worth of damages. I do not recommend anyone using these guys. I repeat. I do not recommend anyone using these guys. They are very unprofessional. I’m not good at their job. I caught two of them smoking marijuana in my kitchen.
These guys WORK! They have a plan, they move the stuff, they don’t take a break. You underestimate the work involved in moving a house, even with everything packed and prepared for them. Thank you guys. Great service and so friendly and kind
After a terrible first quote from another notable name in the business we reached out to Kris and the team at Smooth Movers for assistance. We couldn't have been happier with our service. We thoroughly underestimated the intensity of our removal job (very large house) and our team spent a very busy 12 hours diligently shifting all our gear between the houses.
