I am totally loving this new style of working out! I am feeling stronger and I am already seeing noticeable improvement in my balance. My knee and back pain is manageable! This is definitely the best way of exercising for me- not to mention the staff is absolutely marvelous! Lauren is so knowledgeable but very pleasant- the whole gang is! Great place for efficient gym exercise. Trainers are all very supportive and friendly atmosphere. Easy to schedule your weekly sessions on app. Nice to see your personal results during each session.
My husband and I have been going to Smart Fit in Koloa for about 2 months. We love the short workouts, body scans and personalized nutritional guidance. All of the girls that work there are so helpful, energetic and motivating!
