We really appreciated the time and detail that Ziggy took us through as well as returning following day to ensure that we were both aligned with the proposed aesthetics of the blinds. Which was very welcome as we did change our colour selection after further consideration.

The sales fella (Will) came out for the initial measure and quote. Top bloke, knows his stuff. The price was right so we went with this company. Big mistake! The awning on our large western facing window was 400mm too short (refer photo). The girl on the phone in the office continued to lie to us about contacting management. We first purchased blinds from Smart, Blind and Co. nearly three years ago, and Danielle’s super ⭐ service was so good that she was our first call when we started renovating our new property. Danielle is knowledgeable, prompt and always a pleasure to deal with. She recommended their own blind system and carefully explained how it grips along the sides when closed, addressing my concerns about blinds blowing out in the wind. Stay away. Under no circumstances should anyone buy the tru blockout blinds, they are the worst product, like something you’d get from a showbag, looks good but junk. After 6 months of having them I’d return them In a heartbeat if I could get money back.
