Ashley was good the first time we went through her for our small business but the second time she was not good at communicating and did not answer our emails or letting us know when she was on annual leave. She ended up delaying our lease handover by 3 weeks when she knew we were on a strict time limit. Don’t go to Ashley if you need things done quickly. Only giving 3 stars because of the first time she was good
