Rozalia Kiss at Sliding Door Co in NYC should be given a promotion. From first contact thru our last, she has been such an excellent communicator and problem solver. After getting shuffled thru the central call system a couple of times by accidentally calling the wrong number- a relief it was to get Rozalia on the other end of the phone. Beautiful doors, great service, easy to deal with. no complaints at all. They were also quite flexible with my odd schedule.
UPDATE: THE SECOND SET OF DOORS WERE COMPLETELY WRONG AND IM NOW 5.5 MONTHS POST ORDER AND PAYMENT WITH NO DOORS. The second set of doors to replace the initial doors that were too short were manufactured clear instead of frost class. You can’t make this up. I’m not in the city this summer and flew back from another state for this installations. Plus the delivery men also were missing parts and drove 1 hour back to get them from the warehouse.
