We had a 3 panel door installed in our home in October 2023; however, a part we ordered had not been shipped and the installation could therefore not be completed at that time. We were told by the installer that he would check on the missing part and likely be back to finish the install in a couple of weeks. It is now January 2024, over 3 months later and the installation has yet to be completed. We had a great experience adding a door to a living room to turn it into an office. We loved it so much we replaced another set of doors just so they could match. The installer, Geronimo is a true professional and made some great installation decisions to make the doors look perfect. We will be back once our budget allows to order one more panel for decorative purposes in a different room.
I had the absolute pleasure of doing a consultation with Maile yesterday. What an amazing person. She's smart, easy to work with, very helpful exploring options, and it was clear she had my best interest in mind as opposed to trying to sell me something outside my budget - with zero pressure. I waited a long time before writing this review to allow the Sliding Door company enough time to fix our issue. We spent an extreme amount of money with these guys to get a custom closet door. We ordered this closet door over a year ago while we finished house. The door took almost 6 months to receive and planned our building around the arrival of the door.
