I purchased a bed frame, the Athena Metal Upholstered frame, which was provided because the other white metal frame bed I wanted wasn't available. This frame, while esthetically pleasing and simple in design, is in actuality quite poorly designed. The slats are cylindrical, not flat, which encourages the mattress to sag through them even without weight added. Just bought out pillow top mattress I highly recommend working with Braeden, he is very knowledgeable, honest and trust worthy and isn’t pushy during the sale. Me and my wife had a great experience and ended up getting the perfect mattress for us. Once again ask for Braeden you will be happy you did.

Walked in and told the fellow what I was looking for and he showed me all the options without pushing anything extra. Priced very fairly, and none of the sales tactics you experience at a Brick or Sleep Country. Was given a 3 hour delivery window and the mattress arrived right within it.
I purchased a sofa bed. The bed was scratched and screws were missing. The futon mattress was filthy on one side ( pic attached). I called for resolution and was told he wasn't sure what return process was, the process was long and different for each customer. I asked for someone who knows and was told they were on vacation but would call me the very next day. This was 4 days ago..still waiting. They don't care. How do u sell a dirty mattress. If u are looking to shop here... Run and don't look back.
