Wonderful service! I’ve been having back and neck issues for a long time and finally decided that an adjustable bed might be the solution. I never knew about Sleep Factory and mistakenly thought it was a Sleep Country. Never have I been more glad for the error I made. Steven has phenomenal customer service! I came in a couple weeks ago looking for a mattress. Finally came back today and was super indecisive about what I wanted. He was great when it came to explaining comfort and quality! Ended up purchasing one of the hybrid Vienna mattress’s! He was beyond patient and helpful! Definitely worth the money!
Poor Quality. Extremely Bad Customer Service. I asked them for help with an L-shaped sofa I bought exactly a year ago. When I asked for help, it hadn't been a year yet, I had another 3-4 months left. I wrote a comment here, they didn't respond, so I went to them with my receipt and pictures. They said they would help me, provided that I deleted my comment. I purchased a bed frame, the Athena Metal Upholstered frame, which was provided because the other white metal frame bed I wanted wasn't available. This frame, while esthetically pleasing and simple in design, is in actuality quite poorly designed. The slats are cylindrical, not flat, which encourages the mattress to sag through them even without weight added.
