First time user of the Infra Red sauna who was not disappointed. Plenty of friends waxed lyrical about the benefits of the infra red sauna in terms of nicer feeling skin and an overall lifted feeling - they were right!! Definitely notice smoother and cleaner feeling skin. I will definitely be booking future sessions and recommend it for anyone thinking about trying it.
