I’ve been coming here since 2021 and have always felt comfortable and well taken care of. Unfortunately, it seems things have changed since there’s no longer a receptionist. I’ve been trying to book an appointment for over a week with no success. I even reached out to a service technician via Instagram, but I haven’t received a response. I’m really disappointed by the lack of communication, so I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.
It is truly the most professional place I have been. Everyone is kind and offers suggestions! The best part is the kindness and professionalism Also Marita is the most amazing Waxer!!
I booked and received a facial from skin barre. It was good. I liked my esthetician and the service. However at the end of my service a representative came into the room trying to sell me a package/series of facial. Which is fine but it felt cheap and scammy. I didn’t go ahead with the package and the rep seemed annoyed. I would have definitely returned but I just didn’t like that part of the experience.
I have never had better customized skin care than at The Skinbarre. I always go to Ben for my facials and I refer all my friends to him as well. He gives great skin advice and he makes sure to follow up with me after appointments. Ben specializes in the HIFU and facials. I see a huge improvement in my skin color as well as texture. I feel like family walking into Skinbarre!
Marita was excellent at her service maintaining a very professional attitude. She keeps a very calm environment and is dedicated to her work. Always quick with her wax’s and always makes the process the most painless.
