Most pathetic customer service I have ever witnessed
Questionable customer service
Horrible customer experience
Extremely horrid customer service
Quite an unwelcoming and unfriendly place for somewhere that’s supposed to be customer focused and a place where people can come to rest and rejuvenate. Maybe they should take a close look at who they hire. Extremely unfriendly and rude at the front desk
