Dr Alicia provided a wonderful initial consult. We discussed my concerns and things I was self concious with. Dr Alicia provided information on treatment options aswell as skin care routine to help with my concerns. All my questions were answered in a way I could understand and I was talked through every step of treatment andreassured and made comfortableand calm. There is no word can describe how lucky i am to find out TSEMA and meet Dr. Alicia aka the best person helping me getting through my tough time with my damaged skin.
