The front desk staff were unprofessional and rude. I observed staff speaking about clients, snickering, and making faces, which created a very uncomfortable environment. One staff member, Jodi, handed me documents in a dismissive and abrupt manner. As I was taking them, she continued pushing and cramming the papers further into my hand instead of simply letting go, which felt unnecessarily aggressive. Her overall attitude was very poor. Overall, the experience felt disrespectful and unwelcoming.
Took my Alzheimer's mom here several times.even w biopsies, still no correct diagnosis.Staff was hideous.pretended to be concerned & empathetic, then we left the room, before we were clear of ear shot,staff was laughing at us in their little cubby hole.we heard everything.. Staff was instructed to call Me, they NEVER did!!!! I’ve been dealing with eczema for a long time! Found this place and I couldn’t be happier! Dr.Victoria and her nurse are awesome! Got the right cream for eczema ! Great experience with the entire office
Dr’s and entire staff are the best. Yes, you may have to wait a while sometimes but I don’t know one doctors office that you don’t.
I called expecting to wait weeks to be seen and to my surprise they got me in the next day. My wait time was short. The nurse and staff were so nice and the Dr explained everything in detail, inspected every area I had concerns with and listened to every word I said. The bedside manner was amazing. I can not praise this place enough. Great care great experience!
