Booked earliest appointment (3 weeks out) for full skin check with Courtney. I took time off work, travelled to clinic - Sat and waited for 40 Mins after due start of appointment Eventually gave up and left as receptionist couldn’t tell when he would be free or why he was so late (eg if due to crisis appointment I would have been more empathetic). Very poor experience.
Have been seeing Dr Courtney Taylor at the Skin Cancer Practice for the past two years now. By far the most thorough full body skin check compared to previous doctors. Diagnosis of skin conditions and surgical procedures comprehensively and patiently explained. Surgical treatments were painless, no fuss and quick to heal with no scarring. The professionalism of the nursing staff and front desk couldn’t be better. Highly recommend this practice. Chris

Dr Siddens wasn’t able to identify my skin lesion, so he sought the help from Dr Courtney Taylor. Both doctors didn’t know, but prescribed some useless itch cream. I went to my GP, demanded a referral to a specialist dermatologist who diagnosed it as an Actinic Keratosis (AK) and had it removed. Save yourself the time and money, go to a dermatologist.
