I’ve been going to Dr Seit and the Skin Cancer and Cosmetic Clinic for many years for regular skin cancer checks and skin treatment procedures. Dr Seit has made early skin cancer detections and successfully and skilfully removed a number of skin cancers. I had a very disappointing experience at this skin cancer clinic during a consultation with Dr Sue Feng. She was extremely unprofessional in both manner and communication. She came across as impatient, dismissive, and did not make any real effort to understand my concerns or what I was hoping to achieve from the consultation. I visited this clinic today as a first time patient with a history of skin cancer related conditions. To say I was apprehensive about the consultation/ check up would be an understatement. However, I was soon put at ease by the absolute professionalism of Dr Feng. Dr Feng was methodical in her approach, listened to my concerns and took her time to explain what she was looking for, what she had found and all of the required steps moving forward.
