My favourite spot for a glass of wine and a snack in Wellington!
Such a wonderful first visit to The Sip Thank you to Cynthia, and the entire team. My Fiancèe and I visited for our Anniversary, and the experience was truly fantastic! We both loved the atmosphere, the speakeasy concept, the service from all staff had us feeling so special, and oh goodness the food! I can see this being a spot to enjoy food, drink, and community time and time again. I look forward to my next visit. :)
A lovely find on the main strip -like visiting a bespoke private lounge 👍 Tasty wine selection & quality cocktails -munched on the feta/honey/pistachios -😋the sourdough bread is sourced locally and a perfect base 🤩 Like being at a good friend’s party 🥳
If the lights outside are on and the door is unlocked, you will find a superb speakeasy at the end of the corridor! We stumbled across The Sip during our stay in Prince Edward County, and what an amazing find! Extraordinary and warm service, delicious cocktails and a cheese board that will delight even the finest connoisseurs. A gem to absolutely discover if you are in the County.
A visit here is a must if you are enjoying time in Wellington! A beautiful wine bar with a cozy, cool vibe. The wine selection is lovely and the staff are helpful and friendly with awesome suggestions. The quality of ingredients in the charcuterie we enjoyed are top notch. Highly recommend an afternoon drink, or after dinner as this is open later than most restaurants! You should go!!
