My cousin was in Local Authority care and they hired one of the solicitors who now works for Singh Partnership. They did not follow up on her British Citizenship application and did not contact her when the Home Office sent a notification to attend a ceremony, and as a result, she missed out on her citizenship, even though they had her phone number and email address to contact her with updates.
