I contacted John Singer on a potential home purchase with a few questions about an "as is" contract with an inspection rider. He was quick to reply, generous with his time and very helpful.
It's been a minute but I think it was John Singer who I spoke to. He was able to answer my questions and offer me a little helpful advice while not taking advantage of the situation and squeezing me when I only needed answers to a couple questions. An attorney who is helpful and not just looking for a quick buck is a rare find, I highly recommend.
