Hauscar Sime and his team are excellent. Speaking from my experience, no matter what your problems are, don't let them tie you down because they have all the time, patience, and skills to work with you to a successful end. They are good lenders to work with.

We loved the quick responsiveness of our lending team, their continuous support throughout the process, and the almost daily communication to ensure we met our commitment and signing dates. Through texts, emails, and video calls we stayed consistently up-to-date and all of our questions and concerns were quickly addressed.
