The Silvernail Apartment complex is exceptionally well-managed.
I have lived at the Silvernail community for almost a year and a half now, and I feel the same way about this community as I did on the day I moved in. A wonderful and friendly community. One of the biggest pluses about this place is just how clean and well kept up it always is and much of this is credited to the manager Michelle Loberg. If you would walk into the community, The Berkshire at Kensington in Waukesha, you would see just how fortunate we are to have someone like Michelle as a manager. My mother lived at the Silvernail Apartments for the past 13 years until she passed. The residents and the Office Staff couldn't have made mom's residence a better home. Michelle Loberg, Property Mgr, Sarah Rexroat, Leasing Consultant, and Liz Zmuzinski, Resident Services Coordinator have all been above and beyond helpful for any requests or needs.
