THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM!! I wish I could give this place zero stars, but alas that is not an option. A friend gave me a gift certificate for a 60 minute prenatal massage and facial as a birthday gift, and I was so excited to make an appointment. Over a period of a week I called about five times during normal business hours and left three messages requesting that someone call me back to schedule an appointment. I echo the first review...if I could give them no stars I would. 10 minutes prior to my appointment, which took weeks to make, a received a call that the office was closed because they were sick. I rescheduled for a few weeks later, after numerous calls, and actually received my massage. Her cell phone went off twice in the room during the massage. I still have a credit for another massage and I am now 5+ calls into trying to get a refund and still not a single call back.. The business is run horribly and the fact the compan... read more

I purchased two Groupon vouchers for facials, one for my husband and one for myself. It was difficult to reach The Si Spa to schedule an appointment but we were finally successful. My husband and I arrived to our appointment on time and were advised they would not be able to do our appointments that day. We rescheduled and were offered each a complimentary massage and facial for the inconvenience which was nice.
