Everything and I mean everything was explained clearly and I could clearly see that no such thing as a dumb question. It was great working with a professional company that went out their way to keep me updated. I didn't have to contact them, they contacted me which made me feel comfortable. Absolutely fantastic experience, from dealing with John purchasing our shuffleboard and air hockey tables to delivery and install by Tim. I could not recommend more! John went out of his way when our project got delayed and we could not take delivery as scheduled. Tim spent all morning setting up the tables and showing us how to maintain and use them. He even set up a ping pong table that was too heavy for my father and I to take to our basement. Amazing!!!
