Maddy was SO helpful in supporting my mom in finding a Mother’s of the Bride dress. She supported our vision, pulled the most beautiful dresses, and was a cheerleader for my mom the entire visit. I so hugely recommend The Showroom at Bridal Reflections and could not have asked for a better experience!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. As a bridesmaid purchasing a gown from this store, I would HIGHLY avoid this business by any and all means as a bride. The store itself only carries gigantic sizes doesn’t accommodate to any other body size for you to try on. Then when being sized had to argue with the woman (Jillian) regarding what size I needed after a lengthy conversation, I went with her recommendation the dress does not fit at all. What a perfect experience for my daughter! I have written a review as a bride, a bridesmaid, and now for a flower girl! Being the flower girl is a very special experience for a three year old, and Bridal Reflections enhanced that experience for my daughter from beginning to end. The staff made my daughter feel like a true princess- they even played music from Encanto for her! From my bridal gown experience with Jodie and Zizi to The Showroom for my bridesmaids, every detail was incredible! There is a reason Bridal Reflections is celebrating 50 years in business, the whole team is amazing at what they do. I was blown away by The Showroom! The selection of dresses and samples sizes made finding a unique & beautiful dress for each of my bridesmaids so seamless and fun.
