I’ve been dealing with frozen shoulder since February and started seeing Jake after receiving recommendations from two different people. After multiple sessions and consistently following the prescribed home exercises, I’ve achieved a significant improvement in my range of movement and daily life is now comfortable. Jake is an extremely warm, professional and knowledgeable physio. I had ongoing trouble with my shoulder, which was not resolving. Jake conducted a thorough assessment which correctly identified the root of the problem. Jake's careful and methodical approach in assessment made every difference. Treatment was efficient and effective. In a short space of time, my issue resolved. I am so grateful to Jake for his hard work and effective management.
