At 69, I was competing in the National Pickleball Championships — a week of non-stop serves, smashes, and questionable dodges. Somewhere in the middle of the week my shoulder gave way. Jake's one of the most experienced shoulder physios in SA; after unsuccessfully trying to find locate relevant experience with a complex instability issue (and spending time interstate with a specialist leading research in this area) Jake was recommended & and I'm very glad I found him.
I’m very happy with Jake, he obviously knows what he’s doing. He was able to teach me exercises for my frozen shoulder which were not too painful, and which have led to a lot of improvement. I am confident that my shoulder will fully recover under Jake’s care.

Legend. Two visits and fixed after years of trouble. Jake is knowledgeable and experienced - not to mention highly personable. He was apparently the go-to for shoulders in the UK and Sydney, now I’m glad he's moved back home to Adelaide. I'm back here booking for the other shoulder now, no doubt another inexpensive painless and successful fix. Strongly recommend Jake and The Shoulder Joint.
