Jake is a shoulder wizard!! If you have any kind of shoulder issues, Jake is hands down the person to see. I cannot say enough good things about the service I have received. I found Jake through a google search and was lucky to get a last minute appointment for my persistent shoulder pain. I was already having regular treatment, but the pain continued to get worse. Jake was able to narrow down the diagnosis which was confirmed with an Ultrasound and then a steroid injection. Days later I am completely pain free, and have a recovery plan. I would highly recommend Jake for anyone experiencing shoulder / neck pain.

I would recommend Jake to anyone with shoulder dysfunction especially if you have had limited success with other treatments. His specialised knowledge of the shoulder allowed him to hone in on patterns of movement which had not been explored by other physiotherapists in the past and has finally start to relieve symptoms and improve strength in previously chronically painful and unstable shoulder. I can now move through my whole shoulder range of motion without pain and can sleep on my effected shoulder without discomfort.

After going round in a few circles and different directions, I came across Jake at his Adelaide Clinic. Within a week, I experienced some improvement.
