When our parents moved to the Shores of Port Credit two years ago, they discovered a wonderful community of friends and support. They were embraced by the kind residents and staff, enjoyed the great food in the beautiful dining room, and participated in many fun activities. Sadly, our mom passed away not long after they moved in, but our father was able to recover thanks to everyone at the Shores. He was on his own, but never alone. I used to work as Dinning Room Attendant, I dedicated myself into my duty and looking forward to wake up in the morning and go to work, then I agree to the comments of Mr. Matt Heafy about our Filipina Manager ( Mafi) she's always like that to us, but the funny thing is when she's in front of the people with higher position than her, she is so polite and very calm which totally opposite the way she treated us, that is why I loose it when we talk in front of the head nurse Janna, in the end I became the bad person, and that t... read more

I recently visited Shores Port Credit and was impressed by the excellent service provided by the servers. They were attentive, friendly, and made my dining experience enjoyable. However, I was disappointed to witness the way the Philipina manager treated her staff. She was visibly rude and unprofessional, often shouting at the servers in front of customers.
