I am writing to express serious concerns following a recent visit to your facility. Unfortunately, the experience fell significantly below acceptable standards in several key areas. The staff on duty displayed a lack of professionalism and attentiveness to customer service, which detracted from the overall environment. Its so sad to see a place that used to be so full of life be dead. 90% of the stores are closed. This place is suffering the same fate as the Bakery center. Instead of tearing the place down. They should try to revive it.
