Craig did a great job he came through got my bike the way I wanted it thanks man
Called in a few weeks ago wanting to drop my bike off with a 1x conversion gone wrong. The tech that answered was great and told me to check three different things before bringing it in. One was chain length and that was my problem! After getting the chain adjust everything worked great and I was happily riding my newly converted 1x! Can’t say enough about the professionalism on the phone and actually having someone listen, care, and problem solve.
Shout out to Craig! I'm glad I brought my bike to him to get some repairs done on my bike. He's very knowledgeable, attentive, and has GREAT prices compared to local bike shops. I will be back for future bike tune-ups and repairs. Thank you, Craig!!
