Craig did an excellent job repairing my old bike.
Closed on a Saturday, when bikers are doing their thing. Seems backward to me.

Called in a few weeks ago wanting to drop my bike off with a 1x conversion gone wrong. The tech that answered was great and told me to check three different things before bringing it in. One was chain length and that was my problem! After getting the chain adjust everything worked great and I was happily riding my newly converted 1x! Can’t say enough about the professionalism on the phone and actually having someone listen, care, and problem solve.
