My father has lived at this community for over three years, and overall it has been a positive experience for our family. The facility is always clean, the food is good, and there are many activities offered for residents. Since my dad’s move to memory care, we’ve been especially grateful for the attentive, hands-on care team. This move has been like changing for my mom and my family. My mom did not want to leave her house but it had become unsafe for her to be alone there. She actually adapted much better than we anticipated and has flourished since being there and having the social interactions. The staff asked us not to visit for a few days to allow her to settle in and become comfortable with the staff and schedule. While it was difficult for our family to do this. The owner needs to fire most of the current staff(Anita and Marlene) specifically, those ladies are unprofessional, rude and nasty individuals, the staff should not be treated the way they treat people.
