bought some floating shelves for a lot of money, the shipping was alright but when it arrived all the mounting brackets were messed up beyond use. i sent them an email and they sent me another set with fast shipping but those were the wrong brackets, sent them another email and they sent ANOTHER set of brackets which also do not work for the shelves. A big thanks to Shelving Shop and staff, I am quite a novice with Do It Yourself, but I really needed some shelves for our laundry and cleaning/clothes room and quite frankly was quite over whelmed by the myriad of options from shops like Bunnings, including onsite visits.
