I can’t say enough good things about Wendy at Sharp End Physical Therapy. Over the course of just a few months, she helped me work through three back-to-back injuries—a shoulder injury, lower-back injury, and finally rehab after right knee surgery. Wendy was a game changer in my recovery after a very difficult pregnancy and birth. She was patient and kind as we tried to understand what my body needed and I felt comfortable working with her which is essential when you are combating daily pain. Lower back pain has been haunting me for a year. Through that time I have consistently been doing home Physical Therapy and attending sessions somewhere else. Wendy is the best! She uses first hand experience in outdoor sports to identify issues and find the root cause of an injury. I've been seeing her for years as Ive gone through the process of becoming a climber and ultra runner, and she's helped immensely to help me outline my limits and work through overuse injuries. I can't recommend her enough!
