Big thanks toNidia and John, they truly demonstrated what "Customer Service" is all about. After a few years of not using my Surger, they were kind and patient in showing me the threading steps. I recently attended a class taught by Fran, and I have to say, it was the best experience! She is very knowledgeable of class topic, patient with all levels of experience of class attendees, and not once was she not able to answer anyone's questions! In teaching, time management is important, and Fran kept the class moving right along, yet taking the time to ensure understanding before proceeding to the next topic. I am signed up for two more classes with Fran as the instructor and very much looking forward to them!
