Fantastic customer service! I could spend all day there! Once again it was a great experience!
Visiting with my family and coming in the employees made rude comments after we were asked if we needed help and politely said no thank you but maybe in a few. One lady commented quickly “Oh so you’re just here to hang out”. Not professional and came off Very rude and will not be coming back.
Honestly just go to Joann.. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable by staff. No customer service whatsoever. A real sewing store with lots of fabric, notions, sewing machines and a knowledgeable staff that knows how to sew and can assist you with what you need! I am impressed! I wish we had this store in Sebring!!! There are NO fabric stores close by & this store would do great in Sebring!!!!
