It was not an easy store to get to without going on toll roads, I know why we stay away from. Orlando and that area.
Everything was fine with the store and the workers were nice, but this one worker named Howard was incredibly rude. He lacks customer service and literally said that what I was picking did not look good and didn’t make sense. We asked for help and he seemed annoyed by it, he literally shooed my mom and I away. I don’t know why he is working here if he’s going to be acting like that. Would love to support this store as I liked their items but we will definitely not come back after this bad experience.

Visiting with my family and coming in the employees made rude comments after we were asked if we needed help and politely said no thank you but maybe in a few. One lady commented quickly “Oh so you’re just here to hang out”. Not professional and came off Very rude and will not be coming back.
