Although the chair came out ok, the agreed price was 200.00. We paid 215.00 To include a back pillow The pillow was not completed or delivered The wood touch up was tacky when we picked it up, the Fabric is loose. We also gave her a medical grade swivel stool, worth 200.00 I am confused about the person who seemed caring and helpful, then not following through on her promise. Terrible Katrina took 900.00 from my elderly mother and went silent.
I called Katrina because my sewing machine wasn't working properly. Rather than have me bring it right in she talked me through some probable issues over the phone. I ended up figuring it out and she charged me nothing. The whole time she was kind and patient. I will certainly be seeing her again. Hopefully I can actually pay her next time!
Immediately available to talk, quite busy with all she does at the Sewing Studio. She sounds like a gem! Taking my vintage sewing machine to her!!
