I visited the Sentinel of Port Jervis and my experience was absolutely amazing. Care Manager Monica B. was an absolute dream along with Assistant Care Manager Dana. From the CM to the executives such as Jenn D, AED Alyssa; I couldn’t have seen a more compassionate team. There was even an emergency when I visited and they handled it with such grace. Nurse Terry on staff was very knowledgeable, but most of all caring. They have such an amazing way of doing things. I couldn’t think of a better place to place my family member.

Laura and Jennifer rushed to help my good friend out of a bad situation. They went above and beyond and we are forever grateful! He will finally have a place to call home. These women are truly incredible people with hearts of gold!
