It’s a shame to hear such negative and unnecessary reviews from the client above.. There are 4 rooms in which are cleaned daily including floors mopped with appropriate hygiene products. The crash mats are whipped down with hygienic whips after every clients use, probably why they were wet, however I’d use the expression damp perhaps 🤷🏼♀️ Interruptions.... I would rather see that my child is receiving the correct therapy from my OT if it meant a very slight interruption of a knock on the door to obtain specialised equipme... read more
