Thin walls can hear neighbors easily as well as a lot of street noise while you're in your room we also had a problem with our room being way too hot and the thermostat not controlling the heat
Overall, not the worst experience the check-in staff was extremely friendly and kind was very enjoyable. The hotel itself is quite dated We Booked a spa suite with Whirlpool tub in the room biggest issue with that is Is everything being so dated in the Jacuzzi tub not working properly. The spa staff during my time there was somewhat rude and inconsiderate, and did not try to accommodate by any means And it was not all the staff there was one young lady who was very friendly. Stay about 4/5 times from October to December whole front desk staff and Rafe are awsome. I feel like they are part of the family. Looking forward to my next visit
