Right off the interstate. Tastefully decorated. Comfortable rooms with plenty of amenities. Breakfast has plenty of options.
What a gem to stumble on!!! We have family in Gardiner and sometimes run out of rooms/beds and we have tried other hotels but Senator Inn is going to be our "to go" place. They accomodate dogs, we have a toy poodle, and could walk him easily and have doggie facilities in a few locations!!! Cloud 9 had great bartender and good timely food, BTW: if you think you'll be back get the member card (or whatever they call it) so you can get some freebies later on. This place used to be amazing. If you don’t book directly with them, they won’t work with you. There is a musty smell in the hallway and don’t look to close at the toilet as under the rim in our toilet was black. Looking at a lot of reviews and seems like there are a lot of complaints about not working with the customer. We came for a spa type experience and was only left with a disappointing experience.

I came to the spa only, not the hotel. I came to Maine for my boyfriend’s birthday and wanted to book a massage for him. I was very happy with the spa. The massages were so relaxing and felt great! When you book a service you also get a day pass so you can use the pool, sauna steam room and jacuzzi. They offered us robes, sandals and lockers. We were able to shower after too which was very nice. It was really beautiful and the bathrooms and showers seemed very clean. I will absolutely be back!
