Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. The pictures in the reviews are very accurate in the terms of the spa and amenities. It's quiet and the room we have is nice and spacious with everything we need. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.
I was very disappointed. After 4 years I finally signed up for a full face wax, facial and haircut. I was charged for a full face wax when the girl only waxed two small areas on my face. The facial was something I could have done at home. The girl didn’t do any extractions, no steam, no peel. All she did was rub some stuff on my face that did nothing. I escaped from my wife for a night and enjoyed the bar and Restaurant for dinner. I had free endless coffee and I could have a cigar outside. My favorite time was having a morning Spa and meeting a very beautiful lady running the morning and afternoon shift. I would like to take her out for dinner sometime!
I would like to recognize Ridge the beverage coordinator at the hotel with listening to everyone's concerns over meals and other things associated with the hotel. The spa was amazing especially the hot tub after a long day of training.
