I cannot recommend Dr. Simone enough! She has coached my team of doctors twice at our company retreats, and they still talk about the concepts she shared. I have recently done more coaching with Dr. Simone, and the latest intensive has changed me forever. I recently attended The Self Esteem Doctor's Masterclass on Mastering Balance. It was truly transformative. I had the most amazing experience while attending the Mastering Balance masterclass. Dr. Simone is absolutely brilliant! I have more clarity on finding Balance within myself and doing the things to achieve it. For instance, Saying Affirmations outloud won't work unless your body is truly at peace and Balanced. The mind and body connection is so powerful. Thanks to Dr. Simone, I have a much better understanding of this. I can't recommend her enough!!!
