Had my very first spray tan done here at 26 weeks pregnant and I can honestly say I love it 🥲💖. Was advised on colour by staff and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I think spray tans being pregnant are the way forward.
Poor comms. re. online shop experience. I placed an order on 27th December. By 2nd Jan I hadn't received confirmation of it being dispatched, and whilst this was over the New Year period there was only one bank holiday in this time and nothing on the website or order confirmation email to suggest the spa was closed during this period, or that there would be delays with orders being shipped. I ordered a product on the 04th December and my product was allegedly delivered by DPD on the 11th December. I am not in receipt of my product and nearly £40 out of pocket and no help to resolve this matter. A very unhappy customer
I had a full body massage here after a long work trip and it was truly amazing. The massuse was absolutely great!
