I was nervous and skeptical, but Lindsey was very kind. She thoroughly explained the entire process and her personality really put me at ease. The pod itself is very soothing. I sweated alot my first session, which was great! I'm hoping to see improvements of my immune system as well as reap some of the other benefits. Definitely recommend the sculpt pod in southlake!

I love the sculpt pod!! I have arthritis in many of my joints and a shoulder, plus wanted to lose some inches for summer. I was a little skeptical, but no longer. I have had 4 sessions at the Southlake location with Lindsey H. and lost more that 1/2 inch off my legs, diminished the cellulite, joints are more mobile, along with a totally relaxing experience. I will definitely continue to have mor sessions. Thank you Lindsey!

Lindsey was great at explaining the process and benefits. It was an amazing, relaxing experience. I went in with back pain and arm pain from lack of lymph nodes due to cancer. I walked out feeling great. I’ll definitely be back.
