I started talking to John as I saw him posting on one of the major audio forums (AVS) and he was very knowledgable and friendly. When I went to demo products I saw that he was even better in person. Demoing products was stress free, fun and illuminating. I ended up purchasing an extensive home theater system from him and worked with his lead installer Joel in installing it.
