This company is the worst medical equipment provider it has ever been my misfortune to deal with. It took nine months to get an adjustment for my height. Then when I developed problems, it took three months to get a replacement. The replacement chair never worked properly. I've had service techs come by three times and they get it working long enough to get me to sign off on the work order but the chair breaks down right after they leave.
