I drove in from out of town to see the scooters, got there just before closing and Cindy went out of her way to help me find the right scooter. She stayed over an hour late--the store closed just after I arrived--in order to make certain all my needs were addressed. The people are friendly and caring. She listened to my needs and showed me accessories that were appropriate and less costly than the options shown online. The process was wonderfully easy and the people were amazing.
