Customer Service at this place is legit! We purchased a Bullfrog spa last fall and the entire process was seemless. We were pleased they offered no interest financing which made it a very reasonable investment for us. When it arrived and was set up they did a "spa school" to teach us how to balance the chemicals properly. We use it all the time, the kids love it as much as mom and dad. We purchased a 7 piece set. Salesman John was extremely helpful and patient and went beyond the call of duty to help us pick out our set. He even carried pieces around the store to help us match things up.
