Overall... At the conclusion of my case last month of April 2024. all of the staff/associates, that I've encountered during my case, were outstanding in their courteous and polite attitudes! They all spoke to me well mannered, and nice. However, since this was not my first rodeo, and from (my experience) in past cases, there were a measurable number of actions that should have been implemented, but we're not, as if my simple case (was not) a real priority!
