Worst people to communicate with on the phone and they will just give you another number to call over and over again with no one really helping and giving you answers. Worst customer service ever. Dont do nothing with this company.
Been a homeless Vet for the past 5 years. Finally in the final steps of buying a home. (This has to come off for approval) I save up all of my money for a whole year to pay off a collection. I send the money and almost 2 months later I call Navy Federal and still they haven't sent the payment over to them. Effectively making me homeless again. Thanks for the sense of urgency I was very polite and I noticed and something was off the whole time.
UPDATE: Tried repeatedly to contact this company for a year and NEVER got a response from anyone. Not via calls nor email. Here we go on 4 years after the original "lawsuit" date and suddenly they are back at it, going to the courthouse every other month and filing more fees and racking up fees I will have to pay. I can't even access my account or talk to anyone to pay and they continually are searching for my employers to garnish my wages. I would be happy to pay but I can't if they give zero information and provide zero se... read more
