rude , phone calls go unanswered most of the time , Susan the worst.(edit years later and no one still answers the phone this is ridiculous)
Literally could not be more unhelpful. It's difficult to get someone on the phone. If you are successful getting someone, they delight in telling you that they can't share any information due to confidentiality issues.

I have been attempting to get a 'paid in full' letter or judgement satisfaction to release the lien placed on my home's title for the past 3 weeks and they keep dragging their feet. The debt was paid in full in 2021 and they never bothered to provide said letter or judgement satisfaction (breaking Wisconsin laws for both not filing the satisfaction and not providing the letter within 7 days of request).
